About

From its humble beginnings as a small general contracting entity, J. Serven and Son Construction is very proud to now be considered a premier enterprise specializing in all facets of residential and commercial building, remodeling & renovation.  J. Serven and Son Construction was established in 1984.  At the outset, we mainly sought out small remodeling and conversion projects. Our reputation for exceptional quality and customer service propelled our business to expand into all facets of the residential and commercial construction business.  Over the last 25 years, our business expansion and continued superior customer service has solidified us as a premier builder in New England, capable of taking on jobs of any size.  Our project expertise is nothing less than perfect, whether it involves a small residential job or a large commercial fit-out of office and retail space. The success of J. Serven and Son Construction comes from repeat business and referrals, which is a testament to superior quality and the effort put into meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
